Cliff Bingham
Meet Cliff Bingham. He was born in Meadow, Texas where he resides and cultivates the land. Cliff received his degree in general business with a minor in entomology from Texas Tech University. Cliff is the past president of the board of directors of Texas Organic Cotton Marketing Cooperative (TOCMC). He served as president for 11 years. He also serves on the board of directors for the Terry County Soil and Water Conservation District.
Cliff and his wife, Betty, have been blessed with 11 children. Together they attend the Providence Presbyterian Church in Lubbock, Texas. He makes this world a better place by training his children to contribute to the well - being of society by giving instead of receiving. His #1 hobby is playing the piano. Cliff's musical talent transfers to his children giving several of them the ability to have their own strings orchestra.
Cliff is the third generation to farm. He began to farm as a young boy along side his father, Eddie Bingham. Cliff works 1,500 acres of fertile soil with 1,350 of these acres growing organic cotton. Simply, the reward for Cliff to produce organically is the increased organic matter it naturally accumulates. His other crops consist of black-eyed peas, guar, peanuts, sesame, soybeans, sunflowers and wheat.
