Lane Brewster

Meet Lane Brewster. He was born in Jacksboro, Texas and moved to Van Horn, Texas in 1953 and attended John Tarleton College. He and his wife, Elizabeth, married in 1991. They have one daughter. Together they attend the Church of Christ in Van Horn. He is the adult division president of the 4H Club. His hobby is riding horses and roping.

Lane is a fourth generation farmer. In 1956, he began to farm along side his father, D. H. Brewster. He started to organically farm in 1998. He cultivates 600 acres of land growing organic cotton as well as blue corn, oats, rye and wheat. He farms organically because of the rich soil conditions that the organic compounds provide, which makes for healthier plants that yield a higher financial return. 

He makes this world a better place because he is always ready to help someone in need.
